Experience Denver's Largest Sauna
The Denver Sauna Experience at ROK SPAS
At ROK SPAS, a typical contrast therapy circuit moves through four stations in sequence. Repeat the loop as many times as you like during your session.
Heat (10–15 minutes). Start in the cedar sauna or the eucalyptus steam room. Your heart rate climbs, your core temperature rises, and you begin to sweat deeply.
Cold (30 seconds–3 minutes). Step into one of our five cold plunges. Beginners often start at 55°F; experienced plungers work down toward 37°F. The shock sharpens focus, lifts mood, and kicks recovery into gear.
Rest (5–10 minutes). Warm up in the thermal soaking tubs or rest in our lounge. This is where your body shifts into recovery mode and the benefits really take hold.
Repeat. Most guests complete two to four rounds in a two-hour visit.
New to contrast therapy? Walk-ins are welcome, no membership required, and our front desk will walk you through your first circuit.
