What’s included with a Denver sauna membership at ROK SPAS?
Every plan includes unlimited access to our traditional sauna, all five cold plunges (37°F–55°F), our eucalyptus steam room, and our thermal soaking tubs during your session. Members also receive priority booking and guest discounts.
How much does membership cost?
Plans at ROK SPAS start at $150/month for unlimited visits. Drop-in sessions and multi-session packs are also available if you prefer to try the facility before committing to a monthly plan.
What is contrast therapy and why so many cold plunges?
Contrast therapy alternates heat exposure with cold exposure. According to research on contrast bath therapy, this cycle may support recovery and circulation. Our five plunges let you pick your intensity — from a gentle 55°F entry down to a bracing 37°F.
Can I freeze or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans can be paused or cancelled month to month, no long-term contract required. See our FAQ page for full policy details and blackout windows.
Do you offer drop-in sauna sessions?
Yes — you don’t need a Denver sauna membership to visit ROK SPAS. Single sessions are available for booking on our schedule page, and class passes work for first-time visitors too.
